General Pest Control

Our Processes

Our general pest control programme uses a three step approach – residual spray, misting, baiting & trapping system. This is to ensure that it targets the cockroaches, ants, rodents, bed bugs and fleas at the source, while also covering virus disinfection where needed.

STEP 1: Residual SPray

A targeted, low-odour insecticide is applied to cracks, crevices, skirtings and other pest entry points, leaving a protective barrier that keeps killing crawling insects for weeks after treatment.

STEP 2: Misting

A fine insecticide mist is dispersed through the treated space to reach voids, ceiling spaces and hidden corners that spraying alone can't cover, giving a quick knockdown of flying and crawling pests.

STEP 3: Baiting & Trapping System

Bait stations and traps are placed along pest runways and nesting areas to attract and eliminate rodents and cockroaches at the colony level, then checked and refilled on a regular schedule.

Mosquito Control

conventional method with regularly scheduled fogging on the planned time

Our Processes

Mosquito and fly populations are controlled through three complementary steps –  fogging, insect light traps and larviciding. This will target adult insects and their breeding sites to break the pest life cycle.

STEP 1: Fogging

Insecticide is dispersed as a fine fog across outdoor and common areas to quickly knock down adult mosquitoes and flies, typically carried out during early morning or evening for best results.

STEP 2: Insect Light trap

UV light traps are installed at strategic indoor points to attract and capture flying insects such as flies and moths, giving continuous, chemical-free control in food preparation and dining areas.

STEP 3: Larviciding

Larvicide is applied directly to stagnant water, drains and other breeding sites to stop mosquito larvae from maturing, reducing the population before it can spread indoors.

Termite Control

Innovative Method

The use of bait with active ingredients that have been proven effective and safe to use. It is odorless and leaves no residue. The objective of the baiting is to completely eliminate termite colonies.

Conventional Method

The use of chemicals with active ingredients that exhibit a restricting action and eradicate termites for a specified period of time according to the specifications.

Our Processes

Our termite management programme covers the full building lifecycle with a five-step system – baiting, monitoring, prevention, and treatment before and after construction. It will protect a property from infestation at every stage.

STEP 1: Baiting System

In-ground or above-ground bait stations containing slow-acting termiticide are installed around the property; foraging termites carry the bait back and eliminate the colony at its source.

STEP 2: Monitoring System

Bait stations and treated zones are inspected on a scheduled basis to track termite activity, so technicians can catch new activity early and adjust treatment where it's needed.

STEP 3: Preventing System

A protective chemical barrier is created around the building's perimeter and vulnerable entry points, giving ongoing protection against termites long after the initial treatment.

STEP 4: Pre-Construction

Before flooring or foundations are laid, the soil and structural timber are treated with termiticide to build a lasting barrier beneath the building — the most effective stage to prevent future infestation, since these areas become inaccessible once construction is finished.

STEP 5: Post-Construction

For completed buildings, termiticide is injected into drilled holes along the slab, walls and surrounding soil to form a continuous barrier, treating existing infestations and protecting the structure going forward.
